The Zenitude group is doing everything it can to respect health and safety measures for its clients and employees so that your stay goes smoothly in the best possible conditions. Thus, we have changed how we operate and are closely monitoring the developments in the current health situation.
To make your arrival easier, receptions have been redesigned (plexiglass shields installed, arrows on the ground where possible, etc.), our arrival and departure procedures have been redesigned (contactless check-in possible: payment by card prioritised, bills sent by email, etc.) and there is rigorous cleaning of the communal areas and points of contact.
A reminder of the barrier measures that should be applied is displayed in all our hotels, antibacterial handwash is available in each of our buildings, wearing a mask is mandatory on the premises and masks are sold at reception if you have forgotten yours.
We've reviewed and adapted our services to comply with the new health and safety regulations. As a result, some saunas and hammam have been temporarily closed. Access to the common areas of the establishment is possible upon presentation of a valid vaccination pass.

As a reminder, your next flexible rate reservations are 100% cancellable (until noon on the day of your arrival), refundable or modifiable. However, if you choose to book a stay with a non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-modifiable offer (non-flexible rate), COVID-19 does not constitute a valid reason for a cancellation, refund or modification.
