The Zenitude group is doing everything it can to respect health and safety measures for its clients and employees so that your stay goes smoothly in the best possible conditions. Thus, we have changed how we operate and are closely monitoring the developments in the current health situation.

To make your arrival easier, receptions have been redesigned (plexiglass shields installed, arrows on the ground where possible, etc.), our arrival and departure procedures have been redesigned (contactless check-in possible: payment by card prioritised, bills sent by email, etc.) and there is rigorous cleaning of the communal areas and points of contact.

A reminder of the barrier measures that should be applied is displayed in all our hotels, antibacterial handwash is available in each of our buildings, wearing a mask is mandatory on the premises and masks are sold at reception if you have forgotten yours.

We've reviewed and adapted our services to comply with the new health and safety regulations. As a result, our opening hours are reduced, communal areas such as saunas, hammam and fitness centres have been temporarily closed. Breakfast box replace our buffets but no worry, they are still just as tasty! Finally, in accordance with the barrier measures, rooms are only cleaned at the end of the stay. Bedlinen is nevertheless available on request at reception for your comfort. Other services may be altered.

As a reminder, your next flexible rate reservations are 100% cancellable (until noon on the day of your arrival), refundable or modifiable. However, if you choose to book a stay with a non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-modifiable offer (non-flexible rate), COVID-19 does not constitute a valid reason for a cancellation, refund or modification.

You still have the option of ordering a meal to be consumed in your apartment with our quick meal offer consisting of a vacuum jar to be heated in the room, a dessert and a drink.
