What is the difference between a serviced apartment and a traditional hotel? The Zenitude Offer
A serviced apartment (or aparthotel) combines the services of a hotel with the facilities of an apartment. At Zenitude, each accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen area (hob, fridge, microwave, crockery), a dining area and a separate living space. Unlike a traditional hotel, you can prepare your own meals on site, set your own pace and enjoy more space, making it ideal for stays of one night or several weeks.
How do I book a stay at one of the aparthotels? Arrival and stay

On the home page or the aparthotel pages, complete the form, choosing your aparthotel, your arrival and departure dates and the number of people who will be staying.

Until when can I cancel without having to pay a cancellation fee? Bookings and terms and conditions
You can cancel a booking* up to 2 pm on the day of arrival with no fee (as long as the booking was not marked as non-cancellable).
Is breakfast provided at Zenitude residences? Services and facilities
Most of our Zenitude residences offer a breakfast service every morning. Please let reception know the day before if you would like to book breakfast. As the aparthotel is designed to offer complete self-catering facilities, please note that each accommodation unit has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.
Is Wi-Fi included and is the connection good? Services and facilities
Most of our Zenitude residences offer a breakfast service every morning. Please let reception know the day before if you would like to book breakfast. As the aparthotel is designed to offer complete self-catering facilities, please note that each accommodation unit has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.
What means of payment are accepted? Bookings and terms and conditions
We take Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, but also Chèque-Vacances holiday vouchers under our partnership with ANCV, and gift vouchers.
What time is check-in and check-out? Arrival and stay
Standard check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and for an additional charge; please enquire directly with your accommodation. Outside reception opening hours, a self-check-in procedure is available (access codes sent by text message or email).
Is Zenitude suitable for both short and long stays? The Zenitude package
Zenitude welcomes guests staying for anything from a single night to several months. The accommodation is designed to suit all types of stay: weekend breaks, business trips, long-term assignments, student accommodation or family stays. Discounted rates are available for stays of seven consecutive nights or more.
How are the rooms fitted out? Services and facilities
All our rooms, studios and apartments are equipped with a bed, an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen area with a dining area and a desk with a Wi-Fi connection.
Are all pets allowed in aparthotels? Pets and the environment
Only small pets are permitted in Zenitude residences, subject to a daily surcharge. Large pets are generally not permitted. We recommend that you mention your pet when booking so that the team can confirm the accommodation conditions. #petfriendly.
How will I be able to access my room if I arrive outside reception opening hours?Arrival and stay
Outside reception opening hours and after you have informed reception that you will be arriving late, on the day you are due to arrive our team will send you the arrival procedure by text message or email, with the access codes for the hotel and the safe where you will find an envelope with your name on it and a key inside for your apartment.
Are sheets and towels provided? Services and facilities
With Zenitude, you can travel with complete peace of mind! Your room will be ready when you arrive, with the beds already made, so there is no need to bring your own sheets! Don’t burden yourself with towels: there will be a bathroom linen kit waiting for you (one bath towel and one hand towel per person plus one bath mat for the apartment). An extra bathroom linen kit is available on request (for an additional charge).
How often is the cleaning done in the aparthotels? Services and facilities
If you are staying more than two nights: Your apartment is express cleaned once (without changing the sheets and towels)
If you are staying more than 7 nights: You get a weekly clean (with a change of sheets and towels)
Is parking included in the stay? Arrival and stay
Parking availability and conditions vary by residence. Some offer free private parking, whilst others provide paid parking or public parking nearby. Please check the relevant residence’s page on the website for full details and to notify the residence of your booking.
Does Zenitude have any commitments regarding sustainable development? Animals and the environment
Zenitude is committed to a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach. The group is working to reduce its environmental footprint and create sustainable holidays through a range of initiatives, including waste sorting, reducing energy consumption, limiting single-use plastic, and raising awareness among staff. Does Zenitude offer student accommodation? Families and students
Yes, Zenitude offers a range of options specifically for students, including short- and long-term accommodation for the academic year, internships or work-study programmes. Special rates may apply. Visit the “Students” section of the website to find out more.
Will I have to pay a security deposit? Réservations et conditions
You will be asked to pay a security deposit of at least €250 per stay on arrival, but it will be refunded when you leave.
How do I get an invoice for a business trip? Professionals and businesses
An invoice in your company’s name can be issued for any business trip. Please let us know if you require this when you book, providing your company’s name and billing details. The invoice will be given to you at the end of your stay or sent by email on request.
